About your humble webmaster...

I am neither a professor in English nor a graduate student writing a thesis on Modern British Literature.  I am just someone who happens to like Graham Greene's writing for its intensity and drama.   Surprisingly, I found that there were more web resources on Graham Greene the actor (the one in Dances with Wolves) than on the author, even though the latter has had more to do with cinema in his lifetime (as just about every Greene novel has been filmed).

For those who urged me to tell the world more about myself (thank you for your e-mails, by the way), well, there is very little to tell.  I lead a quiet and unassuming life in beautiful Vancouver, Canada.  I work in marketing.   I "flew" briefly over Greeneland once when I applied for a job with the Canadian Foreign Service, a.k.a. the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (what a mouthful, eh, and not quite as glamorous a name as MI6).  Let me tell you the recruiting process here is not quite as simple as in Greene's days, which I understand consisted of asking students in Oxford/Cambridge to a cocktail party.

If you happen to be in Vancouver, and want to tell me which is your favourite Greene novel over a cup of coffee, do drop me a line.
